桜の時期、茶会仕立てのこの個展には、ボルダリングと呼ばれる栢野紀文さん独特の新しい技法で、桜の絵柄が施された、抹茶茶碗が数点現れました。
突起しているボルダリングの桜の絵付け部分には、光沢のあるピンクなどの色がついています。
栢野さんの定番の技法の作品とは異なるボルダリングる技法で、
展覧会の茶道具というテーマに合わせ、桜茶会の季節にちなんで、
制作された、とてもレアな限定作品です。
内側の桜が目に入り、作家の計らいで、
まるで桜を眺めながらお茶を服するような粋な趣があります。
見立てでの自由な茶道具として、奔放でおめでたい栢野紀文さんの抹茶茶碗は、
桜の季節の茶事に、まるで桜吹雪のようなドラマチックな趣と、愉しみを与えてくれます。
